The decision to setup a joinery was made easier for us by obtaining the services & skills of wood machinist Russell Landrigan & his wife Maree previously with Coramba Timbers. This is not the first time we've won awards for our quality timber and we're proud of the fact that we can continuously be recognised for producing a great quality product. Spotted Gum Flooring

Spotted Gum has to be one of the most remarkable timbers you can buy, its aesthetically pleasing due to its variable grain; the frequent presence of wavey grain produces an attractive fiddleback figure. The colours range from a pale brown to a dark brown with some boards having an orange & even green tinge to them.

Eucalyptus pilularis or Blackbutt as its commonly known is one of the most sought after species in Australia, its great to work with has a beautiful grain and has that light colour that integrates with most decor. Coffs Harbour Hardwoods produces Blackbutt for many different applications from a 13mm overlay flooring that is widely used throughout Western Australia to Commercial School jobs using 60x19mm tongue & groove, to the good old home owner wanting an 80x19mm standard grade floor. It comes in 13mm Overlay, 60x19mm, 80x19mm & 130x19mm tongue & groove.
